Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for driving results in the FMCG industry? Agthia Group PJSC, one of the region’s top Food & Beverage companies, is looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead a high-performing sales team in Dubai.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Supervise & coach Route Sales Representatives (RSRs) to hit sales targets.
✔ Optimize journey plans for maximum market coverage & efficiency.
✔ Ensure brand visibility through trade marketing & in-store activations.
✔ Monitor stock levels, resolve customer issues, and boost client relationships.
✔ Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and assist in forecasting & inventory planning.
What You Need to Succeed:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
✅ 3-5 years of FMCG sales experience (UAE market preferred).
✅ 1+ year in a supervisory role with strong leadership skills.
✅ Valid UAE driving license & proficiency in MS Office/ERP systems.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
