This high-impact role offers a competitive salary range of $130,000–$160,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
As the sole IT expert for the agency, the ITSD will:
✔ Develop and implement MACPAC’s IT strategy and security policies.
✔ Manage network operations, cloud solutions, and data security.
✔ Oversee IT budgets, vendor contracts, and disaster recovery plans.
✔ Provide technical support and training for staff.
✔ Ensure compliance with federal IT security standards.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in IT or related field.
✅ 10+ years of IT operations experience, preferably in government.
✅ Expertise in Windows systems, network architecture, and cloud solutions.
✅ Strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills.
