The Role:
As an HVAC Technician at Sonova, your responsibilities will include:
- Updating HVAC plans and functional descriptions.
- Coordinating maintenance and operating consumer systems.
- Installing new HVAC connections.
- Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems.
- Conducting regular inspections of technical rooms.
- Managing order forms for new media and system migrations.
- Coordinating and monitoring new media installations.
- Maintaining and repairing various media, and providing support for events.
- Serving as the primary contact for building technology inquiries, issues, and damages.
- Participating in on-call service (with a 1-hour on-site response time).
- Contributing to the emergency response organization.
Your Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Basic technical training in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or refrigeration technology (further training is a plus).
- Experience in air conditioning technology, measurement and control technology (MSRT), and ideally electrical engineering.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC system troubleshooting, compressed air and water treatment, and hygiene standards.
- Experience with volume flow control, dust extraction technology, drinking water hygiene, and building automation is advantageous.
- An efficient, independent, solution-oriented, and business-minded approach with a willingness to take responsibility.
- Excellent social and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and provide excellent service.
- Experience coordinating and supporting external service partners.
- Fluency in written and spoken German, with basic English skills.
