💰 Salary: Up to £80,000 (based on experience)
📍 Location: London (Bankside) – Hybrid (2 days/week onsite)
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop ML models for Marketing Mix Modelling, Personalization, and Digital Attribution.
- Work with Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Bayesian methods to drive data-driven decisions.
- Lead time-series forecasting (ARIMA, Prophet, LSTM) and causal inference projects.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote responsible AI practices.
🎯 Requirements:
- MS/PhD in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 2-5 years of industry experience in ML model deployment.
- Expertise in scikit-learn, PyMC, Databricks ML, and marketing analytics.
- Strong communication skills to translate insights for non-technical teams.
