Grupa Pracuj is looking for an Information Security Specialist (GRC) to join their team in Warsaw. The role offers hybrid work (1 day/month in-office) and a competitive salary of 9,000–11,000 PLN gross/month.

Your Role: Information Security Specialist (GRC)
As part of the team, you’ll ensure robust security governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and maintain risk management procedures (e.g., ISO 27005)
✔ Assess supplier security levels and review contracts
✔ Conduct internal security training and awareness programs
✔ Monitor security posture and prepare management reports
✔ Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulations
✔ Collaborate with clients and suppliers on security matters
Requirements:
✅ 1+ years of experience in a similar role
✅ C1-level English proficiency
✅ Knowledge of ISO 27001/27005 and GDPR
✅ Experience in supplier/client security assessments
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
