The Senate Sergeant at Arms is hiring a Printing and Reprographics Specialist to support high-priority printing operations for Senators, Committees, and support offices. You’ll operate advanced printing and bindery equipment, including:
✔ Offset presses (up to 8-color, 28-inch)
✔ Wide-format flatbed & roll-to-roll printers
✔ Inkjet & digital presses
✔ Foil stamping, cutting, folding, and binding machines
This is an onsite position with a Monday–Friday (8 AM–5 PM) schedule, offering stability and growth in a critical government role.

- Manage inventory and track job progress using print management systems

- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of printing/bindery experience
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, RIP software, and USPS regulations
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
