Your Role: Head of Account Management
- Lead & mentor a high-performing team of Market Managers
- Develop strategies to grow key hotel accounts & maximize revenue
- Negotiate & strengthen partnerships with top hotel chains
- Analyze market trends and drive commercial excellence
- Represent eDO at major travel fairs & industry events
What You Bring:
✔ 7+ years in account management (hotel/travel industry preferred)
✔ Strong leadership with a track record of team success
✔ Expert negotiator with top-tier relationship-building skills
✔ Fluent English (additional European languages a plus)
