The company is hiring an Engineering-Technical Distribution Manager for a permanent, full-time hybrid position, offering a competitive annual salary tailored to the candidate’s professional experience.

This role places the successful candidate within the Grids and Innovability team, specifically the Territorial Unit responsible for managing and optimizing the Medium Voltage/Low Voltage (MV/LV) distribution network in the region. Key Responsibilities:

The Distribution Management Technician will be integral to the efficient operation and development of the local power grid. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and adapting network systems, validating data, and preparing essential reports.
  • Overseeing the certification, commissioning, and legalization processes for new electrical facilities.
  • Managing the assigned distribution network segment, ensuring system databases are consistently updated.
  • Collaborating on the analysis of inspections, breakdowns, and maintenance results to define necessary actions and improvements.
  • Coordinating and supervising technical teams, managing work clearances, and reporting on field incidents.

Who Are We Looking For?

Endesa seeks a specialist with 2-4 years of relevant experience. Essential qualifications include:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Industrial, Electrical, Electronic, or Telecommunications Engineering.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the E4E operating system and e-Distribution Digital Networks procedures.
  • Experience: Proven experience dealing with external companies, organizations, and clients.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and electrical network simulation programs (PSSE v35, CYMDIST).
  • Other: A valid driving license and willingness to travel within the province (typically same-day trips).

Candidates with postgraduate degrees in energy-related fields, knowledge of database tools or programming languages (like Python, Matlab, VBA), and fluent English will be highly regarded.
