Job at a Glance
Nokia is seeking a Customer Delivery Lead (CDL) for its Cloud and Network Services (CNS) Market Services Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing program portfolios and customer relationships, including at the executive level. This role focuses on the transition of core network infrastructure to cloud-native systems and the evolution to autonomous networks for customers primarily in the Netherlands and the UK.
Areas of Accountability
- Program Ownership: The CDL will lead program and project execution, ensuring both financial and operational success. This includes maintaining up-to-date program information in relevant tools and repositories.
- Customer Relationship Management: The role requires acting as a key point of contact for customers and fostering relationships with executive-level stakeholders to drive alignment and satisfaction.
- Financial & Contract Management: The CDL will oversee revenue and manage costs within contractual baselines. They are also expected to anticipate risks and opportunities, creating and maintaining mitigation plans.
- Upsell & Business Development: The individual will identify new business opportunities within existing portfolios to drive growth, shape contracts, and strengthen business and customer relations.
- Team Development: This position involves mentoring functional teams, especially Project Managers, to ensure the application of the Project Management Methodology and their professional growth.
Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of recent, relevant experience managing complex transformation programs in the telco and/or IT industry, specifically in cloud, 4G/5G Core, foreign Cloud as a Service (fCaaS), and autonomous network evolution.
- Proven experience managing programs with an annual revenue of around 10 million Euros.
- Experience working with customers and managing relationships at the CxO or Director levels, including handling escalations.
- Strong knowledge of managing performance KPIs and forecasts, with a solid understanding of how changes impact scope, cost, and schedule.
- Experience in the sales phase, assessing materials, and ensuring the delivery of offered solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and cross-cultural awareness.
- High stress tolerance.
- European Union citizenship is required due to travel and security requirements.
- Availability to travel in Europe approximately 20% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Project Management, particularly PMI/PMP.
