As an integral member of the “R&D Customer Success” department and the Support Experience team, you will be at the forefront of developing intelligent services powered by data science and AI. Your mission will be to support Dassault Systèmes’ diverse customer base by enhancing their experience through innovative support tools. You will collaborate with various internal teams, including R&D, Sales, Technical Support, Operations, and IT.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Data Management: Collecting, exploring, and processing relevant data from MySQL and Oracle databases. You’ll also be responsible for efficient data retrieval and storage.
- Analytical Modeling: Defining and implementing analysis and testing models to extract valuable insights, focusing on areas like similarity detection and demand prediction.
- Feedback Integration: Incorporating both external and internal customer feedback to continuously improve existing analysis models.
- Data Visualization: Proposing innovative ideas for data visualization to make complex information easily understandable.
- Interface Development: Creating generic widgets and developing dynamic, user-friendly interfaces for support tools.
- API Interaction: Working seamlessly with different types of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
- Service Architecture: Designing, maintaining, and rigorously testing the overall service architecture.
- User Communication: Engaging with users to address and resolve issues related to the developed tools.
What You Need to Succeed:
- A degree from a recognized engineering school or university with a specialization in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and full-stack development.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in either data science or full-stack development.
- Excellent command of English is crucial for this international role.
- Strong technical skills, including mastery of Python, Shell, and MySQL. Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Java, and PHP is a significant plus.
