In this hybrid role, you’ll be instrumental in providing crucial commercial insight analysis and reporting on market shares to senior management. You will also play a key part in the long-range planning process by developing and maintaining forecasting models. Your analytical prowess will be further utilized in conducting ad hoc analyses to address specific business questions related to market trends, pricing, competition, product availability, and new launches.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering commercial insight analysis and market share reports for Coca-Cola HBC’s extensive territory.
- Supporting the Long-Range-Planning process with excel-based forecasting models.
- Conducting ad hoc analyses to answer critical business questions.
- Contributing to the management of cross-country customer satisfaction surveys.
- Facilitating the sharing of knowledge and insights across Coca-Cola HBC countries.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- 4+ years of experience in Insights, Market Analysis, or related roles within a Retail Audit agency or FMCG Company.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities with excellent synthesis skills.
- Extensive proficiency in Excel (functions, formulas, pivot tables) and comfort with PowerPoint.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- (Desirable) Experience with data mining software like Nielsen Answers/Discover.
- (Desirable) Experience in Excel VBA.
