Role Overview

The Back Office Clerk (m/f/d) plays a vital role in ensuring accurate, timely invoice processing across the organization. Core Responsibilities

Invoice Processing and Data Management

The role involves sorting and processing invoices by health insurance provider and prescription classification, including new prescriptions, follow-ups, and accessories. Additionally, the clerk ensures the electronic transmission of billing data to the respective accounting offices.

Careful review of invoices for completeness and content accuracy is essential to guarantee proper dispatch. Where necessary, missing or incorrect data and documentation are corrected, supplemented, or modified directly within the ERP system.

Timely Dispatch and Documentation

Efficient handling of invoice printing and dispatch reflects the structured, proactive work style expected in this role. Moreover, invoice lists categorized by health insurance providers are prepared and reviewed to ensure accuracy and punctual submission.

The position also includes coordinating and sending invoice deductions in the required format. In parallel, original documents are sorted, labeled, scanned, and systematically filed as part of daily administrative responsibilities.
