This is a permanent contract position within the Retail Excellence job category. The estimated salary range for this role is between EUR 72,000 and EUR 135,000.

The Role:
The Global Sales Data & Analytics Specialist will play a crucial role in developing advanced analysis, machine learning models, and data visualization products. This position offers exposure to the entire retail business, focusing on optimizing sales strategies and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on strategically identified, cutting-edge data science use cases.
- Extracting insights from business data using advanced analytics methods.
- Building data-driven models to address business questions and needs.
- Creating hypotheses and experiments to identify relationships that drive sales strategies.
- Developing visualizations and presentations for key stakeholders.
- Developing machine learning models to facilitate sales processes.
- Collaborating with other teams to build shared data products and dashboards.
Skills and Experience:
- Degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.).
- 2-3 years of experience in data science projects, preferably in digital, customer, or retail data.
- Proficiency in PowerBI, SQL, Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, or Pytorch.
- Familiarity with large language models or data governance/quality tools is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel.
- Fluent in English.
