Role Overview:
The Sell Out Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation of channel and category policies within off-trade points of sale. This involves managing assigned locations, optimizing product availability and visibility, and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include:
- Executing commercial plans and ensuring alignment with “perfect store” guidelines.
- Managing assortments and addressing out-of-stock issues.
- Reporting any discrepancies in point-of-sale execution.
- Maximizing product visibility through strategic shelf placement and POS materials.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners.
- Collecting sell-out data and managing direct delivery orders.
- Performing shelf stocking activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the off-trade channel is a plus.
- Strong understanding of off-trade sales outlet operations.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to generate reports and analyze sell-out data.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- A degree and a valid driver’s license are required, along with willingness to travel within the assigned area.
