About the Role:

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, you will be a key member of our CRM/Customer Experience team. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions using Dynamics 365. This role requires a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, customization, and configuration, as well as proficiency in the Power Platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Leverage Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate for integrations and customizations.
  • Create technical architecture diagrams, system integrations, and data models.
  • Lead solution design sessions and workshops.
  • Provide guidance on security, performance optimization, and scalability.
  • Handle support tickets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Dynamics 365 updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert certification plus 2 years experience or 3-5 years related experience.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions, with an emphasis on Customer Service and Omnichannel.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules, customization, and configuration.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and cloud architecture.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $97,400.00 – $146,000.00 per year, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses.
