Truist Seeks Remote Middle Office Team Lead for Wholesale Credit Delivery

Truist is expanding its Wholesale Credit Delivery team and is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Middle Office Team Lead to join their ranks in a fully remote capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with a strong background in risk, operations, and credit administration to lead a team of Loan Origination Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing a team of Loan Origination Specialists, including hiring, training, and coaching.
• Ensuring timely and accurate completion of team deliverables.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Serving as a liaison between various internal departments, including Portfolio Administration, Compliance, and Technology.
• Maintaining subject matter expertise on credit file standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contributing to and leading special projects related to process and system enhancements.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years of experience in risk, operations, or project management (10-15 years preferred).

• Prefered knowledge of Truist operating systems.
