What You’ll Do:
As a Mutual Funds Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, processing transactions, and providing detailed information on CIBC’s investment offerings. You’ll play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries related to mutual fund and fixed-term investments.
- Providing detailed and in-depth information on products and services.
- Opening new Mutual Funds accounts and completing Mutual Fund transactions.
- Build rapport and establish positive working relationships with clients.
- Recognize and act on opportunities to engage clients in discussions of additional CIBC products and services.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Current accreditation and good standing in The Canadian Securities Course (CSC)/Canadian Investments Funds Course (CIFC).
- Ability to work independently in a private and quiet workspace.
- Wired internet connection with minimum download speed of 15 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
- Ability to attend the primary work location within two hours’ notice for business-related purposes.
