High-Paying QA/QC Job in NEOM, Saudi Arabia (SAR Negotiable)

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Saudi Ground Services Company (SGS), a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification, is seeking a highly experienced Project Quality Supervisor for the prestigious ENOWA Project in NEOM, Saudi Arabia. This is a lucrative opportunity for Saudi Nationals with a strong background in quality control within civil or mechanical engineering disciplines, particularly those with experience in water transmission line projects. The salary is competitive and will be based on experience (SAR Negotiable).

Responsibilities:

The Project Quality Supervisor will lead quality management efforts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing quality functions and activities across multiple work orders.
• Managing a team of QA/QC inspectors.
• Collaborating with engineering, construction, and fabrication departments.
• Monitoring quality and workmanship.
• Developing and implementing quality control and inspection methodologies.
• Reviewing contractor/supplier processes and products.
• Managing third-party inspections and material testing.
• Generating QC/Inspection reports.
• Participating in QA/QC and kickoff meetings.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in quality control & management (Civil or Mechanical).
• Extensive experience in Water Transmission Line Projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Project experience in construction quality control.
• GCC/KSA Region experience preferred.
• Welding inspection and NDE methods knowledge (ASME, API).
• Non-Metallic Welding experience a plus.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certificate.
• Knowledge of construction project quality management.
