The company is now seeking a Principal Operational Program Manager who will play a pivotal role in guiding large-scale trust initiatives. Role Overview

The selected Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen Autodesk’s security posture, software supply chain, and customer trust. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product & Platform Trust, the individual will design strategies, oversee delivery plans, and ensure effective communication across engineering, product, and executive stakeholders.

This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives on driving outcomes, influencing diverse teams, and building resilient systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain trust-related strategies, program roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
  • Prioritize and balance trust initiatives alongside broader company goals.
  • Partner with leadership to deliver cross-organization programs, remove blockers, and manage dependencies.
  • Design and execute communications plans to share program updates and progress at scale.
  • Facilitate data-driven decision-making with technical experts and business leaders.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and implement continuous improvements across trust initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of program management experience in technology/software, with at least 4 years focused on application or platform security.
  • Strong knowledge in at least one trust domain:
    • Security: software supply chain protection, secure coding, and composition analysis.
    • Privacy: regulatory compliance, user transparency, consent management.
    • Resilience: system reliability, incident response, threat modeling, business continuity.
    • Responsible AI: transparency, governance frameworks, bias mitigation.
  • Expertise in cloud-native hosting, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD.
  • Skilled at managing diverse stakeholders across technical and business teams.
  • Exceptional communication and executive briefing abilities.
  • Proven success in delivering complex projects on time and within scope.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with scaling tools such as Jira, Confluence, and AI-driven platforms.
  • Agile program management background.
  • Certifications: PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or equivalent.
