The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, or a related quantitative field.
- Boasts at least five years of experience in systems development, including programming.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of software and engineering principles.
- Possesses excellent leadership, communication, and human relation skills.
- While not required, certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), or Agile methodologies are highly valued.
