NEOM, Saudi Arabia: NEOM Energy Sector (ENOWA) is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of its ambitious HVDC Converter Stations project. This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping the future of energy infrastructure in the region.
About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the HVDC Converter Stations project. This includes ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with a team of experts to develop and implement project plans, manage risks, and coordinate with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring they align with project goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and suppliers.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the project, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance and support.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale HVDC projects.
- Deep understanding of industry standards, procedures, and grid codes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
