About the Role

As a Staff Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning-driven solutions to combat fraud on Etsy’s marketplace. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the latest fraud trends, identify new risks, and develop strategies to protect Etsy’s users.

Key Responsibilities

• Own, define, and refine a machine learning-driven product strategy for early detection of fraud on both the buyer and seller side of the marketplace.
• Collaborate with ML and data organizations to advance the Risk ML agenda and deliver products that address new and novel fraud vectors.
• Own various aspects of squad operations, from quarterly planning to sprint planning.
• Integrate user research, market analysis, and customer feedback into product requirements.
• Collaborate with other squad leads to promote healthy team operations and drive strong business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical Product Management or comparable experience, particularly working on highly technical platforms.
• 3+ years experience working in Risk, Fraud, or other adversarial domains.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally to identify the most meaningful unmet customer and business needs.
• Highly motivated to help the team work with urgency and creativity to drive impact.
• Committed to learning and growing.
