About the Opportunity

Tines is hiring a GTM Systems Specialist to help own and develop the systems supporting its quote-to-cash and broader go-to-market operations.

This is a remote position within the United States. The role sits within Commercial Operations and focuses heavily on DealHub, Salesforce, CPQ, quote-to-cash architecture, systems governance, integrations, and business-process design.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the build-out, configuration, and day-to-day administration of DealHub.
  • Manage product catalogs, SKU architecture, pricing and discounting rules, quote flows, approval workflows, and document templates.
  • Maintain the integration between DealHub and Salesforce.
  • Help shape the quote-to-cash systems roadmap as products, pricing, and commercial models evolve.
  • Design configurations that can scale without requiring repeated rework when pricing or packaging changes.
  • Scope and coordinate work performed by external implementation partners.
  • Review, test, and validate third-party systems work for quality and completeness.
  • Define governance around system changes, testing, sandbox practices, releases, documentation, and data quality.
  • Maintain Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
  • Support adjacent GTM systems that integrate with the quote-to-cash process.
  • Gather requirements from Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal and translate business problems into scalable technical specifications.
  • Develop documentation and delivery standards for GTM Systems and help mentor more junior analysts as the team grows.

Required Experience

Candidates need at least three years of experience in GTM systems, business systems analysis, revenue systems, sales operations, or a related function within a B2B SaaS environment.

The role requires previous ownership of a revenue-critical business system.

DealHub and Salesforce Expertise

Hands-on DealHub administration is mandatory. Candidates must have configured DealHub rather than simply used it, including product catalogs, pricing and discount rules, playbooks, approval workflows, templates, and CRM integration.

Strong Salesforce administration skills are also required, including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.

Quote-to-Cash Knowledge

Candidates should have extensive knowledge of quote-to-cash processes, including quoting, approvals, order forms, amendments, renewals, billing handoffs, and compensation-related downstream processes.

The role requires solution-design capability: candidates should be able to take an ambiguous business problem, choose an appropriate technical approach, and explain the trade-offs behind that decision.

Cross-Functional and Partner Management

Experience scoping and managing external implementation partners or contractors is required.

The successful candidate should also be comfortable advising senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, and other functions, including pushing back on requests that would not scale effectively.

Preferred Background

Additional useful experience includes a second enterprise CPQ platform, CPQ configuration during pricing or packaging changes, systems integrators, CaptivateIQ, NetSuite, ICM or ERP integrations, and agile or sprint-based delivery.

Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification is also considered beneficial.

Remote Work

This position is remote within the United States. Tines does not state a narrower state or time-zone restriction for this opening.

Compensation

Tines lists target compensation of $126,000 to $150,000 USD OTE plus equity.

This is On-Target Earnings rather than a stated guaranteed base-salary range. The employer does not separately disclose the base salary and variable-compensation components.
