Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our remote content team.

As a Content Writer, you will research, write, edit, and update high-quality content for websites, blogs, guides, marketing campaigns, and other digital channels.

You will work closely with marketing, editorial, SEO, design, and product teams to turn ideas and research into useful content that is clear, accurate, engaging, and appropriate for the intended audience.

Candidates should have at least 12 months of practical writing experience. Relevant experience may include professional employment, freelance writing, internships, journalism, blogging, marketing projects, or a strong published portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and write original articles, guides, and website content
• Create clear and useful content for different audiences
• Edit and proofread content before publication
• Follow editorial and brand guidelines
• Update existing content when information changes
• Work from content briefs and project requirements
• Collaborate with editors, marketers, designers, and subject-matter experts
• Verify facts and source information carefully
• Meet assigned content deadlines
• Maintain consistent quality across multiple writing projects

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of writing, content, editorial, journalism, or related experience
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities
• Good research and fact-checking skills
• Ability to explain information clearly
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt tone and writing style for different audiences
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Skills

• Content marketing experience

Compensation

The expected compensation range is $55,000–$82,000 per year, depending on writing experience, responsibilities, location, and the employer’s compensation structure.

Remote Work
