VP, Professional Services

Cornerstone is hiring a Vice President of Professional Services to lead its global Services organization across both Services Sales and Services Delivery. This is a remote U.S. position, with preference given to candidates located on the West Coast or within 50 miles of a Cornerstone office.

The Vice President will define the global strategy and operating model for Professional Services, bringing regional teams together around consistent priorities, metrics, accountability, and ways of working while preserving the local expertise needed to serve customers around the world.

This executive will own Services performance across revenue, margin, utilization, capacity, delivery quality, customer experience, and time-to-value. The position requires a builder and operator capable of strengthening existing operations while designing the next generation of Cornerstone’s global Services organization.

A central objective is improving customer time-to-value. You will simplify the delivery model and work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Solutions, Support, and other customer-facing teams to reduce friction from the sales process through implementation and value realization.

You will also develop Cornerstone’s global delivery ecosystem across internal teams, Global Delivery Centers, and strategic Services partners. Responsibilities include determining where Cornerstone should deliver directly, where partners provide greater scalability, and how partner readiness, quality, governance, and accountability should operate globally.

AI transformation is a major component of the position. The Vice President will establish a practical strategy for applying AI throughout the Services business, including how work is sold, scoped, delivered, staffed, measured, and monetized.

The goal is to move AI beyond experimentation and demonstrate measurable improvements in consultant leverage, implementation speed, consistency, customer experience, knowledge reuse, and new service-delivery models.

The position also leads organizational development, including building a high-performing global leadership team and developing capabilities around AI-enabled delivery, advisory services, commercial strategy, partner orchestration, outcome-based delivery, and new-product readiness.

Candidates need 10+ years of demonstrated leadership across Services Sales and Services Delivery, with substantial commercial and operational experience.

Cornerstone also requires 10+ years of experience with partner-led delivery and blended delivery models involving internal teams, strategic partners, and Global Delivery Centers. Experience leading globally distributed organizations and operating across different cultures, workforce models, employment environments, and regulatory frameworks is expected.

Candidates should have demonstrated experience applying AI to materially improve how a Services organization operates or delivers customer value, together with executive-level cross-functional leadership and significant organizational change-management capabilities.
