About the Opportunity
Axon is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex enterprise deployments across its Professional Services organization in EMEA.

What You’ll Do

- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for change requests, technical feasibility, and roadmap alignment.
- Identify process inefficiencies and improve deployment speed, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to implementation playbooks, SOPs, and delivery best practices.
Required Experience
Candidates need at least five years of experience leading and delivering highly complex technical programs.
Relevant backgrounds include enterprise software deployments, infrastructure programs, and large-scale enterprise application implementations.

Experience gathering requirements, improving workflows, leading change management, and working with software configurations is important. Familiarity with JSON is preferred.
Remote Work and Travel

Travel of up to 40% is required across DACH, Benelux, the Nordics, and other European countries as needed.
