Remote Sales Representative (Credit Solutions)

About the Role

Credit Joy is seeking a motivated Remote Sales Representative to help customers explore credit improvement solutions that support their financial goals. This full-time remote opportunity is ideal for individuals with inbound sales or call center experience who enjoy speaking with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate services.

In this role, you’ll manage inbound customer inquiries, explain available credit solutions, and guide potential clients through the sales process. Success comes from building trust, communicating clearly, and consistently achieving individual sales targets while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 20–30 inbound customer calls each day.
• Understand each customer’s financial situation and recommend suitable credit solutions.
• Explain available products and services in a clear and professional manner.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance goals.
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers through effective communication.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to improve sales performance.
• Follow company sales processes and customer service standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 36 months of sales or call center experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to remain motivated and positive in a target-driven environment.
• Reliable computer or laptop with at least 8 GB RAM.
• Headset with microphone.
• High-speed and reliable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in credit repair or financial services.
• Previous remote sales experience.
• Familiarity with inbound sales processes.
