About the Role

LooseGrip is looking for a Junior Digital Designer to support digital marketing campaigns by creating engaging visual content across multiple online platforms. This remote, part-time contract opportunity is ideal for early-career designers who enjoy turning creative ideas into polished digital assets while working with a collaborative team.

You’ll design marketing materials for social media, digital advertising, email campaigns, and landing pages while ensuring every asset aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Working alongside strategists, copywriters, and client teams, you’ll help deliver creative work that supports measurable marketing results.

This position offers flexible working hours, exposure to a variety of client projects, and opportunities to continue developing your design skills in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create digital graphics for social media, paid advertising, email campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Produce creative assets that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
  • Develop multiple design variations to support A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and content teams throughout the creative process.
  • Apply feedback quickly and refine designs based on project requirements.
  • Prepare production-ready files for various digital platforms.
  • Maintain consistency across visual assets for different clients and campaigns.
  • Manage multiple design projects while meeting established deadlines.

Required Qualifications

  • 12–36 months of graphic or digital design experience, including internships or freelance work.
  • Portfolio demonstrating digital marketing or creative design projects.
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Basic knowledge of motion design tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools for design workflows.
  • Strong understanding of digital-first design principles.
  • Excellent attention to typography, layout, color, and visual consistency.
  • Ability to manage work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing email marketing assets.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns and online advertising.
  • Experience working with collaborative platforms such as ClickUp, Slack, or Figma review tools.
