About the Role

Akkodis Germany Tech Experts is seeking a Data Processing & Analytics Specialist to help transform complex data into meaningful business insights. In this role, you’ll contribute to projects involving business intelligence, predictive analytics, machine learning, and modern data platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Develop predictive models and analytical solutions that support business decisions.
• Design and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure high-quality datasets.
• Build and optimize data processing workflows and scalable data pipelines.
• Develop machine learning models and support AI-driven initiatives where appropriate.
• Work with data warehouses, data lakes, and streaming technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in analytics, machine learning, and data engineering.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and statistical methods.
• Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or similar programming languages used for data analysis.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and predictive analytics.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and data transformation processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within remote teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Hadoop, Spark, or other big data technologies.
• Knowledge of natural language processing or deep learning techniques.
• Experience with distributed data systems and cloud-based data platforms.
