Sticker Mule is hiring a full-time remote AI Agent Engineer to build, operate, and manage AI agents that help the company innovate faster, improve operational performance, and better serve customers.
This is a hands-on AI engineering role focused on identifying practical opportunities for autonomous agents across the business and turning those opportunities into working systems. You will collaborate with department leaders to understand their needs, determine where AI agents can create measurable value, and design and implement appropriate solutions.
Responsibilities include building agents that can perform meaningful work autonomously, connecting agents with internal systems and third-party tools, monitoring their effectiveness, and measuring results. Agents that fail to deliver sufficient value are expected to be improved or removed.
