Lam Research Seeks Expert CAD Support Engineer for NX Software
Lam Research, a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing technology, is looking for a skilled CAD Support Engineer (NX) to join their Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) Team. What You’ll Do:
- Provide advanced NX CAD support to engineering teams, troubleshooting issues related to modeling, licensing, and workflows.
- Resolve Level 2/3 technical incidents and collaborate with Siemens GTAC for escalated cases.
- Develop Best Known Methods (BKMs) and training materials to optimize NX usage.
- Support NX-Teamcenter integration, ensuring seamless data management.
- Manage NX upgrades, patches, and license distribution.
- Advise on Model-Based Definition (MBD) and Product Manufacturing Information (PMI) applications.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) with 8+ years of NX MCAD experience.
- Expertise in NX modeling, data management, and end-user support.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Preferred: Knowledge of ECAD tools (Zuken E3, Cadence OrCAD/Allegro) or other MCAD software (CREO, SolidWorks).
