About the Role
As a Product Owner, you will take full ownership of product vision, roadmap, and execution within a specific domain. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable, user-focused solutions for complex enterprise workflows.
This role requires a hands-on approach, combining product strategy with rapid prototyping and strong technical understanding, particularly in AI-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and execution for your domain
- Balance data-driven insights with product intuition to guide decisions
- Continuously refine product strategy based on customer needs and market trends
Customer-Centric Product Development
- Engage directly with customers to understand challenges and use cases
- Translate complex systems into intuitive, user-friendly solutions
- Deliver products that enable efficient lower-carbon fuel operations
Execution & Prototyping
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products
- Rapidly prototype and iterate using modern tools and AI-assisted workflows
- Drive fast, outcome-focused execution in a distributed team environment
AI & Innovation Integration
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools and technologies
- Apply AI concepts such as LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval systems to product development
- Use AI to accelerate development cycles and improve product capabilities
Requirements / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data, or similar)
- 4+ years of experience in product management or related roles in enterprise environments
- Strong customer empathy and product design thinking skills
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, prototyping, or product experimentation
- Understanding of modern AI/LLM concepts and their practical applications
- Experience working with distributed teams and agile product development
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, finance, or compliance-heavy industries
- Background in high-growth startups
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Cursor, or similar prototyping platforms
- Polish language skills
