San Diego, CA – The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is actively seeking motivated and dedicated U.S. citizens to join their team as an Applicant Recruiter/Coordinator GS 9/11 in their San Diego Field Office. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary range of $69,809 to $109,795 per year, depending on qualifications and grade level.

To qualify for the GS 9 level, applicants must possess:
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS 7 grade level, which includes providing career advice, assisting with background investigations, and participating in recruitment events.
- OR a Master’s degree or equivalent graduate degree, or two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or an LL.B. or J.D. (if related).
To qualify for the GS 11 level, applicants must possess:
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS 9 grade level, which includes researching recruitment events, providing career advice, organizing and presenting at events, and preparing recruitment reports.
- OR a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or an LL.M. (if related).
