Role Overview

The position of Product Ops Manager – Measurement represents an evolved role in the domain of product operations. It is not limited to traditional ProductOps but places strong emphasis on frontline support, intelligent operations powered by AI, and user experience advocacy. The individual in this role will serve as a vital link between Product, Engineering, Support, and Clients, ensuring systems run efficiently and that users—internal and external—receive seamless, timely, and impactful support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Systems Administration

Oversee system access, configurations, and troubleshooting. Utilize AI to monitor anomalies, suggest process optimizations, and drive automation.

2. Frontline Support (L1 & L2)

Provide immediate support to internal users and clients by triaging technical issues and collaborating with Engineering and Product teams. Intelligent ticket routing and AI-driven sentiment analysis will be central to this function.

3. Knowledge Management

Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible. Employ AI to generate, translate, and validate knowledge resources for global audiences.

4. Stakeholder & Client Enablement

Facilitate onboarding, training, and communication around product capabilities. Drive adoption through AI-powered personalized onboarding experiences.

5. User Experience Advocacy

Act as the voice of users throughout the product lifecycle. Use AI insights to determine friction points, ensure smooth rollouts, and push for proactive improvements.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical support teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues for business-facing teams

Preferred Skills

  • Background in data analysis
  • Project management experience
  • Exposure to media effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration

Compensation & Benefits
