About the Role
As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will build and scale programs that strengthen customer relationships and drive long-term value. You will work across marketing, sales, and customer success teams to create impactful campaigns, develop advocacy programs, and amplify customer success stories.
This role combines strategy and execution, requiring both creative thinking and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage customer advocacy and reference programs
- Create high-quality customer content such as case studies, testimonials, and success stories
- Design lifecycle campaigns to improve onboarding, adoption, and retention
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to support revenue growth
- Organize customer events, webinars, and community engagement initiatives
- Capture and analyze customer feedback to improve messaging and product alignment
- Manage customer advisory boards and executive engagement programs
- Track and report performance metrics for marketing initiatives
Requirements / Skills
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing
- Experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or lifecycle programs
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance
