The Role:
You’ll oversee project planning and execution, ensure budget and time adherence, and manage classified plant inspections. A strong focus on safety and adherence to Northern Star’s STARR Core Values is essential.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of engineering experience in mining or project involvement.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- High technical knowledge of fixed plant equipment.
- Current “C” Class WA Drivers Licence.
- Project Management or Supervisory Accreditation (favourable).
- Engineering Trade Qualification (highly favourable).
- Must reside in the Kalgoorlie Boulder Region.
