About the Role:
The Key Account Manager will play a vital role in developing and executing strategies for specific key accounts, focusing on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market share. The successful candidate will analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and ensure seamless communication and issue resolution between key clients and various AD Ports Group departments. A key focus will be supporting the transition of key accounts into global accounts, aligning with AD Ports Group’s international expansion. This role requires strong analytical skills, relationship-building capabilities, and a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute key account strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Understand client needs, create proposals, and monitor the effectiveness of initiatives.
- Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, addressing their needs and challenges.
- Facilitate the transition of key accounts into global accounts.
- Implement key account management processes and maintain accurate CRM data.
- Track, report, and present key account performance data.
- Attend industry events for networking and market research.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in developing growth opportunities and resolving client issues.
- Strong analytical skills.
