What You’ll Do:
As a Leasing Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of Cenomi Centers’ leasing efforts. You’ll source and connect with potential tenants, conduct site visits, issue leasing proposals, and negotiate prices within pre-approved ranges. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the malls attract a vibrant mix of retailers. Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and connecting with potential tenants (existing and new non-anchor).
- Conducting site visits and issuing leasing proposals.
- Negotiating prices and signing contracts.
- Managing lease renewals and coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintaining a client database and staying up-to-date on market trends.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of retail leasing experience in KSA preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- A passion for the retail market.
