What You’ll Do:

This role offers a unique blend of technical leadership and mentorship. You’ll spend 50% of your time leading complex network security projects, acting as the lead engineer and ensuring successful project delivery. This includes everything from initial design and implementation to client consultation and post-project analysis.

The other 50% of your time will be dedicated to mentoring Associate Consulting Engineers (ACEs) through CDW’s comprehensive ACE training program. You’ll guide and coach these engineers, helping them develop their skills and become future leaders in the field.

Your Expertise:

You’ll bring a wealth of experience to the table, including:

• 10+ years in the IT industry, with 6+ years in enterprise-level planning, design, implementation, and support, and at least 3 years in a consulting role.
• Deep expertise in network security solutions from leading vendors like Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
