This permanent position offers the opportunity to contribute to next-gen healthcare solutions by harnessing data insights and AI. The role offers a hybrid work model, with two days remote and three days on-site.

What You’ll Do:
- Coach teams on agile principles and behaviors.
- Foster continuous improvement and outcome-driven decision-making.
- Guide sustainable product development cadence.
- Bring agility to product discovery and validation.
- Support cross-functional team collaboration.
- Remove impediments to continuous flow.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven success coaching Product Owners and scaling products internationally.
- Track record as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach in complex environments.
- Experience in data science project domains (e.g., industry regulations, data privacy).
- Strong product strategy, roadmap development, and backlog management skills.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership abilities.
- Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI, and Application Design & Integration.
- Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements.
- Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
