This remote role offers a competitive salary of up to $120,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of event registration, including pre-event technology setup, badging, and compliance.
- Develop and enforce registration policies in collaboration with compliance teams.
- Manage delegate communications, financial tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee onsite registration staff during events (some travel required).
- Ensure seamless attendee experience for 5,000+ global delegates.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in large-scale B2B event registration management.
- Proficiency in Cvent, Aventri, or similar registration platforms.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
