Your Role as a Territory Executive Hub:

As a Territory Executive Hub, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction within your assigned geographical area. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving sales targets: Set and achieve ambitious sales goals for your territory, leveraging your expertise to drive growth.
  • Developing and implementing sales plans: Create effective sales strategies that align with the broader business objectives.
  • Managing distributor and customer relationships: Build strong partnerships with distributors and customers to foster loyalty and maximize sales.
  • Executing channel category plans: Ensure that our products are effectively positioned and promoted at points of purchase.
  • Providing timely and accurate information: Deliver high-quality data and insights to support decision-making.
  • Adhering to company principles and policies: Uphold Nestlé’s values and ethical standards.

What We’re Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving KPIs.
  • A strong understanding of sales functional areas such as channel and category sales development, customer relationship management, and distribution handling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
