Content Writer

About the Opportunity

Replika is hiring a Content Writer to create high-quality editorial, SEO, product, and customer-story content for its consumer AI companion platform.

This is a fully remote, three-month contract position with the opportunity to extend or convert to permanent. Candidates must be able to work during CET-aligned hours.

What You’ll Do

• Write engaging blog posts on a consistent publishing schedule.
• Create, optimize, and refresh SEO and feature pages using keyword research, search intent, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
• Work with Replika’s SEO specialist to decide what content to create and why.
• Interview users and turn their experiences into accurate, respectful, compelling stories.
• Proactively identify stories and use cases across the product, community, and internal team.
• Work closely with Product and Marketing so content reflects launches and product changes.
• Write clear release notes for product updates.
• Help manage the content calendar and track what is scheduled, delayed, and performing well.
• Maintain a consistent editorial voice across the website, blog, and product-related copy.

Required Background

Candidates need exceptional written English and a portfolio demonstrating strong published work.

Relevant experience should include consumer-product content such as blog posts, landing pages, product copy, or similar editorial work.

SEO Experience

Hands-on SEO experience is required. Candidates should be able to perform keyword research, write for search intent, optimize content themselves, and show examples of content that has ranked and generated traffic.

Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or Semrush is expected.

User Storytelling

The role requires the ability to interview users, obtain permission to tell their stories, and turn conversations into clear, specific, respectful editorial content.

AI-Assisted Writing

Candidates should already use AI tools in their workflow while maintaining strong human editorial judgment and writing that does not feel machine-generated.

Preferred Experience

Experience writing about technology, relationships, or wellbeing is beneficial.

Knowledge of GEO and how content is discovered or cited in AI-generated answers is also valuable, along with CMS publishing and release-note experience.

Remote Work

This position is fully remote across multiple locations. Candidates must be able to work CET hours.

Employment Structure

This is initially a three-month contract position, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role.
