AI Content Engineer

About the Opportunity

Vertex Marketing Group is hiring an AI Content Engineer to build and operate a high-volume AI content production system capable of generating thousands of photorealistic image and video assets each month.

This is a full-time remote role for candidates based in Europe or Latin America who can work within CET ±4 hours. The position combines generative AI engineering, automation, GPU infrastructure, content systems, quality control, and large-scale social distribution.

What You’ll Do

• Build and run AI content pipelines using ComfyUI, character LoRAs, video models, and rented GPU infrastructure.
• Produce high volumes of photorealistic content across multiple AI creators.
• Reduce cost per asset while maintaining strong visual quality and production consistency.
• Test content formats, analyze reach and view performance, and scale formats that perform well.
• Automate batch generation, quality gates, dashboards, and workflows using Claude Code, MCPs, and AI agents.
• Build systems that can operate at scale without requiring manual intervention for every asset.
• Support account setup, multi-account publishing, and large-scale content distribution.
• Monitor production volume, cost efficiency, visual quality, and audience reach.

Required Experience

Candidates must have practical experience building ComfyUI pipelines using character LoRAs on rented GPU infrastructure, with demonstrated ability to maintain consistent character identity across large volumes of generated content.

Hands-on experience with Claude Code, MCPs, agent workflows, and end-to-end automation is also required.

AI and Technical Skills

The role requires strong familiarity with AI image and video generation workflows, GPU-based production systems, automation, cost optimization, and quality evaluation.

Relevant technologies include ComfyUI, LoRAs, Wan, Kling, Seedance, Claude Code, MCPs, AI agents, and rented GPU infrastructure.

Content and Quality Judgment

Candidates should be able to quickly identify visual-quality issues involving lighting, skin rendering, hands, proportions, text, editing style, and other common generative-AI artifacts.

Applicants should also understand the cost per generated asset of systems they have built and be able to explain how they would reduce that cost.

Preferred Background

Development, infrastructure, or IT architecture experience is considered a strong advantage.

Experience operating or managing multiple Instagram accounts is also valuable.

Remote Work and Schedule

This position is remote for candidates based in Europe or Latin America. Candidates must be able to work within CET ±4 hours.

The role is full-time at 40 hours per week.

Compensation

The published compensation range is $4,000 to $6,000 USD per month. The employer states that the exact amount depends on demonstrated experience and capabilities.

The same compensation rate applies from the first day of the paid test, and compensation is reviewed after six months.
