Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product partnerships, business development, partner management, or related work.
- 3+ years of experience working across AI code-generation, app-building, or developer-tool ecosystems.
- Proven experience launching strategic ISV integrations.
- Proven experience developing joint go-to-market motions with developer platforms, AI code-generation companies, or hyperscalers.
- Deep understanding of the developer-tool and database ecosystem.
- Ability to develop joint value propositions that resonate with both technical and business decision-makers.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
- Ability to influence Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations teams.
- Experience navigating co-opetition dynamics and sensitive strategic partner relationships.
