Senior Fullstack Developer – C#/React, ShareGate Migrate (Canada Remote)
Workleap is hiring a Senior Fullstack Developer to help build the new ShareGate Migrate web application. This position is remote within Canada and focuses on full-stack product development using React, TypeScript, C#, and .NET.

Job Overview
As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will build the new ShareGate Migrate web experience across frontend and backend systems while helping establish reusable technical patterns for future development. The role requires strong React, TypeScript, C#, and .NET expertise and regular use of AI-assisted development tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack features for the new ShareGate Migrate web application.
- Deliver features that meet quality, performance, and user-experience standards from the application’s early milestones.
- Help shape technical choices involving libraries, API patterns, code structure, and testing strategy.
- Establish technical approaches that support efficient future product development.
- Work closely with Product and Design to translate user needs into production experiences.

- Help ensure migration and authentication scenarios operate reliably and securely in production.
- Identify technical risks before they block delivery and propose practical solutions.
- Raise engineering quality through code reviews and mentorship.

- Contribute to team autonomy, technical decision-making, and development practices.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of software development experience, ideally within a product-oriented environment.
- Strong frontend development knowledge using React and TypeScript.
- Backend development experience using C# and .NET.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise strong technical judgment in a product-development environment.
- Experience collaborating with Product and Design teams to deliver quality user experiences.
- Experience using AI tools as part of daily software development.

ShareGate Migrate Project
