ENGIE is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join their Tractebel team in Marseille, France. This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of €42,000 to €62,000 per year, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within the ENGIE Group.

As a Project Engineer at Tractebel, you’ll play a vital role in major nuclear projects in France, including EDF’s Grand Carénage Program and Post-Fukushima initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Steering and coordinating business stakeholders.
- Managing and technically coordinating all involved parties.
- Ensuring schedule compliance and controlling business costs.
- Defining relevant indicators for monthly reporting.
- Drafting weekly and monthly reports.
- Establishing and maintaining risk analysis.
- Contractual monitoring of supplier commitments.
- Monitoring and managing technical hazards.
- Coordinating interfaces between study, project, and site teams.
- Preparing interventions with suppliers and traveling to sites.

Requirements
- Engineer (School or University, Bac +5, master’s degree, etc.) with 5-10 years’ experience.
- Solid experience in the nuclear field.
- Good knowledge of REP operation, general mechanics, EIA, or civil engineering.
- Experience in piloting and managing technical affairs.
- Experience in coordinating suppliers during construction.
- Knowledge of EDF nuclear facilities.
- Knowledge of EDF engineering processes (IPE Process, IOP Guide, etc.).
- Rigorous and serious profile, ability to manage unforeseen situations.
- Cross-functional management, autonomy, good communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to sites in France (1-2 times per month).
