In this exciting role, you’ll bridge customer needs with technical innovation, translating market insights into successful product specifications. You’ll be at the forefront of developing and sharing application knowledge, ensuring Sandvik’s milling solutions remain competitive and relevant in the global market. Your Mission:
- Develop deep expertise in Rotating Indexable products, particularly profile, high feed, and groove milling.
- Translate customer and business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Continuously analyze the competitive landscape and contribute to product strategy.
- Create and deliver product demonstrations and training materials for staff and customers.
- Actively manage technical requirements for both product and application development.
What You Bring:
- Solid experience with Rotating Indexable products and milling applications.
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and agile work approach.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- (Bonus) Skills in CAM, ToolPath, or Method, and understanding of Sandvik’s broader offerings.
- (Bonus) Expertise in specific sub-segments like aerospace, pump and valve, and advanced manufacturing.
