While building my company, Chastain Properties LLC, I have tried to remain open to new opportunities that would allow the development of my personal and professional growth. Searching for education, guidance, investor opportunities and partnership opportunities has taught me to be courageous and open minded to what it is possible for me to achieve. Although I'm proud of the work Ive completed, I humbly remember every opportunity is a chance to learn something new. With no formal education I have managed to not only build a structure, governance, employment roles, policies and procedures for my company. The company also includes a resource center, Solid Spaces, that will offer three programs hoping to be approved for second chance programs and life rehabilitation. Offering Pathforward, developed and published, and mental health awareness and civil voices education still to come. My goal to find my place in a new career has led me through many possibilities.
Prior experience with manufacturing assembly data entry hospitality caregiving policy research and the joys of motherhood, have all shaped me into a very respectful, committed, honest, open-minded and wise 44-year-old woman. And I'm looking forward to the next chapter God has in store for me.
