What are the Key Responsibilities of the Director General?

Who is the Ideal Candidate?
- A Master’s degree or higher qualification in Social Work, Sociology, or a related field from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university.
- A minimum of 17 years’ experience in the field of child rights, human rights, project management, finance, monitoring, evaluation, and research related to international child rights covenants/conventions.
- Proven leadership and management skills with a strong track record of success in leading and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A deep understanding of child protection issues in Pakistan and the national context.
- A commitment to human rights and social justice.
- Age between 37 and 45 years (exceptions may apply).
